3. Poor sleep that’s interrupted by the inability to find a comfortable sleeping position which then affects …
4. Mood and energy levels.
The treatment focus is to undo all this mess by:

Mental Health Conditions
Mental health issues have become increasingly common – everything from insomnia, to ADHD, to low motivation, social anxiety and nervous system dysregulation after trauma – are impacting our lives and our families. Now more than ever, acupuncture is leading the way in getting people relief in several key ways:
1. Balancing the sympathetic nervous system (“fight or flight”) with the parasympathetic nervous system (“rest and digest”)
2. Reducing heart rate and blood pressure
3. Balancing neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins
4. Regulating cortisol, the main stress hormone
5. Improving sleep in terms of quality deep sleep, restorative sleep and proper length of sleep with less waking up from hormonal imbalances, hot flashes, and emotional stress
13+ Years in Practice
During the last 13+ years as an acupuncturist, I have helped thousands of patients achieve freedom from pain and complex, chronic conditions and get their lives and their freedom back.
When a health condition has been getting worse, I use diagnostic and treatment programs, both traditional and modern electrical medicine, that stabilize the issue and often times eliminates reliance on pain relievers and other medications.
Working with the worst of the worst cases is my strength. I very much enjoy being a medical detective sleuthing out the mystery of how conditions develop and applying the correct principals of therapy to restore health.
